Power Yoga

Jessie offers two power yoga classes per week. Thursday’s at 10 AM and Sunday’s at 12 PM. During these classes, you can expect challenging flows, set to calming music. These classes are all levels, and all are welcome!

Yoga + Strength

Jessie offers two Yoga + Strength classes per week. Tuesday’s at 6 PM on Zoom and Saturday’s at 12 PM on Instagram Live. In these classes, you can expect yoga flows set to up beat music, with strength exercises built in. You’re sure to get sweaty and feel great after one of these classes!
